@Ferenc: I think this might be a matter of thinking of how different countries offer slightly different business models.

Personally, I (robbat2) used to Gentoo services as a self-employed individual, without any company identity, sole proprietor.

Later on, for local tax & liability reasons, I incorporated as business. In both cases, it's been mostly me, with some services contracted out to another person for writing & editing documentation. It's not any more "reliable" just because it's incorporated.
