Foundation:2014 Secretary Report

Intro
I am pleased to report that in general the Gentoo Foundation is doing well. To keep our members list current, members are removed if they do not vote for two consecutive elections. The list as of the recording date of 2014-06-14 is 83 members, down from 113. Our previous recording date was 2013-05-19.
Election
There was two open seats for the term 2014/2016: We had two nominees so no vote was required.
