Cannot post to the project page

I cannot post to Gentoo Wiki:Feedback, which is why I'm posting this here. The content of the page is visible but "greyed out", and the cursor is "spinning" as if the page has not finished loading. Also, none of the drop-down menus in the UI ("Gentoo", "Documentation", "Tools", my username) are working for me on any page. (To be more specific, "Gentoo" and "Documentation" act link page links, leading to Gentoo Wiki:Menu-Gentoo and Gentoo Wiki:Menu-Documentation, respectively; "Tools" and my usename do nothing at all.) I had to "manually" type in the URL to "Special:Login" in order to log in. I'm on Firefox 52.4.0 ESR for Gentoo Linux. I recently cleared out most, but not all, of my cookies (AFAIK, I deleted all of the cookies that could have any effect here on this wiki), but didn't change any cookie settings, like which cookies to keep for how long. Other than a cookie issue, I have no idea what could be causing this. This seems to be the only site that is affected (even another Gentoo site, the Forums, seems to be working fine). Ideas? Anyone else having a similar problem? - dcljr (talk) 09:16, 30 December 2017 (UTC)

Hi dcljr , Try again on Gentoo Wiki:Feedback with a different web browser or perhaps clear your current browser's cache. It should be called something like "Cached Web Content" in Firefox. I'm using Google Chrome and the page is loading correctly. Deleting cookies is different than clearing caches. Sometimes it's good to do both when you're seeing strange behavior on a site. Also, this is a place to discuss documentation, not for support getting user support. Next time please go through the forums, mailing lists, or #gentoo (webchat) for support requests. If you think it's a bug on the wiki side that's causing you grief, you can also open a bug via our Bugzilla. I'm going to close this discussion as wiki is not the place for support. Happy new year and kind regards, --Maffblaster (talk) 19:52, 30 December 2017 (UTC)
I already explained why I posted here. I also posted in the Forums. Anyway, the problem has been fixed following a bug report. - dcljr (talk) 23:47, 30 December 2017 (UTC)

Blacklisted?

Currently, I cannot open a topic on the Project page (a.k.a. Gentoo Wiki Feedback): "You do not have permission to edit pages in the Project namespace." --Feng (talk) 17:26, 11 December 2018 (UTC)

Not blacklisted. I have the same issue. Probably it issue relevant with wiki software updating --Cronolio (talk) 17:56, 11 December 2018 (UTC)
Thank you for replying. In the meantime, here is my feedback: the Translate extension may have a review feature for translated articles. --Feng (talk) 18:46, 11 December 2018 (UTC)

Unfortunately, the "page" had been moved to a protected namespace: "Project". --Feng (talk) 17:46, 14 December 2018 (UTC)

Some icons are missing

This discussion is still ongoing as of 2024-08-21.

For example on the main page on the left to the "hardware" link there is print icon' but it's missing on the current awesomefont version (https://fontawesome.com/search). Same thing for "Getting started" "Home" and maybe more.
