Add yaboot-static

Hi Handbook team,

I constructively think "Configuring the Bootloader" part of the Installing part of the PPC Handbook can be enhanced by referring to yaboot-static for 32 bit users. Here is an example of the code/text that will make the improvement:

Alternative: Manual yaboot configuration. 
First, install yaboot on the system: 
root# emerge --ask sys-boot/yaboot
PPC 32 bit users should use yaboot-static

As far as I can see, it is the other way around. 32-bit users can use yaboot, or yaboot-static. 64-bit systems can only use yaboot-static. This has been in the PPC64 bootloader instructions from the beginning of the wiki document. This section is different from the PPC bootloader instructions, which refer to 32-bit systems only.
