The Gentoo Group Contacts project coordinates Gentoo's use of IRC and coordinates with Libera.chat network staff.
Goals
- Keep Gentoo's IRC namespace (#gentoo, #gentoo-*) in a good state.
- Help developers with any issues involving IRC.
Requesting a cloak
Gentoo developers
Please email us at the project alias with a PGP-signed email from your Gentoo developer email address requesting a cloak. Include your Libera username in the email.
Non-developers
Non-developers are given cloaks in exceptional circumstances, as well as some ex-developers who choose to remain active in Gentoo's IRC channels.
