Alec's notes for completing cfengine deprecation.

1. We can ~mostly ignore: 362 LOC

• cf.cfengine # used to run cfengine.
• cf.classes # used to run cfengine.
• cf.firewall # Just contains fw reload for the rest of cfengine.

1. Cleanup Minor: 215 LOC

• cf.network # meadowlark ovpn for ipmi
• cf.sudo # various sudo configs
• cf.packages # mostly haproxy?
• cf.misc # ???
• cf.gitolite # Down to 30 lines left.

1. Cleanup Major: 1200 / 2200 ( 50% ) of LOC is here.

• cf.anonvcs
