Keywording confusion

Hi, one paragraph bothers me a bit since I was told in IRC that keywording as ~arm requires a more complex (or at least wider) testing on more than just on ARM arch:

"Please take additional care on packages that are not marked stable for ARM yet, as keywording only requires a test on at least one ARM architecture."

Could you please update it - either with the current state or, if that description is still accurate, with a reference?
