Usually what happens is that the server is picking up one or more items outside the xorg.conf.DL file:
- The server layout picked isn't the one in the xorg.conf.DL file: Add the "-layout" option specifying the layout.
- The keyboard and mouse seem to be active in both displays: The input devices are being duplicated. Edit the xorg.conf.DL file so the void keyboard and mouse devices described are different than the ones in other xorg.conf files, and make sure the overall screen layout in the xorg.conf uses those void devices.
