USE=lua is needed in order for VLC to be able to recognize .cue sheet files

This discussion is still ongoing.
...this is apparently because the plugin capable of reading .cue (named "Lua Playlist Parser Interface", a stream_filter) is a LUA script, or something. On a related note, in Preferences-Interface-Playlist-"Ignored extensions" contains "cue" so they won't be added when adding a directory to playlist (maybe not just in this case).
