Note
This page is a template. It contains some standardized, often used text, which can be transcluded inside other pages. This template wraps its argument in a dictionary definition in a dictionary list. It has the same effect as placing : at the start of the line, but unlike that method, this template doesn't mangle template calls spanning multiple lines.
