In the {{Dirty}} template, the link text "help Gentoo out" to the Help improve Gentoo by getting involved with documentation! page has an incorrect anchor to #Make_an_article_conform_to_guidelines.
The correct one is #Make_articles_conform_to_the_guidelines.

- Thanks Armarmgc ! I don't think this page is protected so in theory you could edit the link if you like... I guess it is a template that gets a lot of use across the wiki though, and templates are ofc trickier to modify than standard pages, so I can do it if you prefer.
- For reference, when editing templates, start by doing the edit in the sandbox (Template:Dirty/sandbox), then if everything seems ok, copy the edit to the main template.
- I don't know of any way to track these broken section links in mediawiki. I do have some automation scripts to detect and fix links to bad sections though (and missing anchor templates, "old-style" links, etc.) - I guess that is sort of why I'm not worrying about all this too much currently, but rather trying to find the time to validate and run the script...
- I finished editing. I just assumed that the template was protected without trying to edit it, thanks for pointing that out. Closing the discussion now.
