sheen is a cross-platform system informational tool written in Python. Its goal is to be a cross-platform implementation of screenFetch. sheen was created by Matthew Marchese (maffblaster) .

Experimental ebuilds will (eventually) be made available through the Digital Survival ebuild repository.

Installation

Overlay

First, install the Digital Survival ebuild repo:

root #mkdir -p /etc/portage/repos.conf

root #wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/digitalsurvival/digital-survival/master/digital-survival.conf -O /etc/portage/repos.conf/

Emerge

Emerge sheen:

root #emerge --ask app-misc/sheen

Usage

user $sheen --help
