I am currently learning how to make an overlay which I will try to make some packages in the form of ebuild like rxfetch or make some of my own. I am currently a local overlay and ebuild about a fetch system called rxfetch (check it out here it is cool for ricers). I am trying to use this page as a tracking system for what I do / add to Gentoo's community.

- So I recently started reading the [[1]] page. it is a good place for me (or anyone to start). I also started watching a tutorial (though not as detailed) it helped me a lot in making my first dumb rebuild but it is my first. It is just a simple c and make script (from the tutorial) and I did a make install in my home directory through the rebuild (will post it in a while)

- I made my first ebuild (you can check if it works and tell me any mistakes). It is Ibhagwan's picom fork. Though that was a more simple one as I had a guide. I am still learning from the [[2]] page. Here is my git repo which has it: Jeff's overlay.
