'Downgrading glibc' violates the content license

The person hosting the mirror site has illegally changed the license. See for instance the Main page that explicitly lists the correct license in a news item. Furthermore, Wikipedia notes on GFDL/CC compatibility: "Although the two licenses work on similar copyleft principles, the GFDL is not compatible with the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license." The GFDL relicensing Wikipedia did was a one-time opportunity that has passed. —a3li 13:14, 27 November 2013 (UTC)

OK, thanks for taking the time to answer! I am going through this painfull downgrade now, should be able to write a new article from scratch and may be just link to the other wiki... Actually the way to have it working today is quite a bit different than that wiki page and I did break my machine quite badly :-| —tar 2013-11-27T22:44:07JST
