Not enabling translations

Talk status

This discussion is done as of 6 August 2020.

Right now, this article has very low value for Gentoo users. I don't mind that it is on the wiki, but I won't mark it for translations until it has more body or contains more Gentoo-related information.

Also, it doesn't fully adhere to the guidelines (it doesn't use third person for instance).
