AdaptL, thank you for addition as this software looks interesting, however could I ask for some clearer Gentoo instructions be added please, even better with Gentoo packages. In it's current form I'm not sure if it's benefiting Gentoo or our users.

I'm writing an ebuild for cuprate, the main problem right now is that it requires a version of rust required (>=1.85.0) is newer than anything available in gentoo at the moment (https://packages.gentoo.org/packages/dev-lang/rust). I will come back to re-write this section once I get an ebuild up on GURU, but I just figured it it would be good to have an outgoing links for anyone interested.
You can still compile it yourself out-of-tree by cloning the the repo and running cargo build if you use a rustup-installed nightly toolchain in your home directory as described in Rust#Rustup. I think you're right so I will add that information to the section. In retrospect I think this article suffers from too much information, but its better to include too much information than not enough.

Excellent, you seem to have this in hand so my concerns are most answered.
I agree it's useful for users to have this knowledge and was the reason I didn't revert it, however how about a middle group of just making it a little clearer (maybe an important note?) That lets the user know this is upcoming but not something the need right now?
As for the too much information, that's a common issue unfortunately for our wiki. How about a Monero/Cuprate sub article to keep everything nice or do you have a better vision moving forward?
