Chinese translations

Hey,

thanks for your translator account application. I see that both Amesists and Raylee have started a translated version of the Help page and of the templates. While Amesists' templates had the right name, Raylee's were more completely translated. So, I moved Raylee's templates to the right name. That leaves choosing which Help page to use. I see you already made friends, so please work together and decide on which one to use and let me know.
