dist-kernel USE Flag
We should add the USE flag dist-kernel here rather than the optional UKI place we currently have. This USE flag tells portage to rebuild out of tree kernel modules such as nvidia and zfs.
Users may also wish to enable additional sys-kernel/installkernel USE flags at this stage. See the Installation/Kernel#Installkernel section for details.
Users of the Distribution kernel will also want to set the USE flag dist-kernel system wide, as this tells Portage to rebuild out of tree kernel modules such as sys-fs/zfs and x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers.
/etc/portage/package.use/modules-rebuild
*/* dist-kernel

Tell users to move to the next section
A user in #gentoo has reported they thought they needed to install sys-kerne/gentoo-sourcesl after installing the dist kernel. I can quite easily see where the confusion comes from as we don't make it very clear and assume a lot from the user.
After installing the dist-kernel successful its now time to move on to configuring the system.
Adding this at the end will fix the issue.

- tdr raised the point we should also add a note telling the user at the start to only pick one option at install time. I think this covers all bases.
After "Now it is time to configure and compile the kernel sources. For the purposes of the installation, three approaches to kernel management will be presented, however at any point post-installation a new approach can be employed."
During the installation phase of Gentoo, only one kernel type should be installed i.e. either the sys-kernel/gentoo-kernel-bin or sys-kernel/gentoo-sources.
